DSC05267Unlike many cargo van accessories, each PowerDeck is custom built for the end user.  We have a variety of models that we use to start the build and we work directly with the client to create the perfect fit for their pallet positioning needs.  Below is a breakdown of the different models and variables that we consider when building a PowerDeck.

PowerDeck Base Models

The first step in fitting a PowerDeck to the van is knowing how much cargo you want to move.  Our Standard Models and Heavy Duty Models (specs below) are designed to fit different load types.

Standard PowerDeck Pallet Positioning System

Load Capacity: 3500 lbs

Height:  3 inches above a flat surface

Width:  48 inches

Weight:  Roughly 300 lbs (depending on length)

Heavy Duty PowerDeck Pallet Positioning System

Load Capacity: 6000 lbs

Height:  3 inches above a flat surface

Width:  48 inches

Weight:  Between 380 and 460 lbs (depending on length)

Deck Length / Number of Pallets

The second factor to consider is the number of pallets you plan on transporting with your PowerDeck pallet positioning system.  The deck length of the PowerDeck has been customized to fit any of the major cargo van models including the Mercedes Benz Sprinter, Ford Transit, Nissan NV Cargo Vans, Chevy Express, and GMC Savanna among others.  It is built to fit each specifically and is capable of carrying 2, 3, or 4 pallets.  Here are some guidelines:

  • 4 Pallet Positioning System = Over a 170 inch deck
  • 3 Pallet Positioning System = Over a 130 inch deck
  • 2 Pallet Positioning System = Under a 130 inch deck
